Thank God, that I can use Google Earth to view every street of Singapore, I no longer need to buy a map.
Following a group of people with a tour guide, has never been my cup of tea. I would probably have no freedom to choose what to do, and where to go. In fact, I prefer to go to explore myself of one new place, even though I'm a stranger at there. I like to ask around people, "how to go 'here', how to go 'there' ". It's fun, and I get fulfillment when I finally get to the place where I want to go.
This trip was unique, and I found some specialty about Singapore.
1. Singapore is clean. There are cleaners everywhere, in hawkers center, in government buildings, in MRT, and they even sweep the leaves along the roadside.
2. The road name is placed above eye level, which is very good, so that everyone can have a good sense of direction, especially to foreigners.
3. I like the train. The trains are wide, and super long, compared to malaysia's one. It is well-maintain, clean, and efficient.
4. The MRT stations are also very well-designed, the structure as well as the interior. It is obviously show that it was designed by a good architect. Although a lot of people (I mean really a lot) are traveling, yet the moving flow has never stop. People are goin in and out very smoothly. It is well-organised and systematic.
5. I was also pleased to walk in Singapore, as there are pedestrian path along every road. It is very pedestrian-friendly. It is very safe to walk on road. Singaporeans can even cycled there (pedestrian path), no problem.
